Regdg the 2nd point, the solution is to quote all the posts u want. That's why I have requested admin to include a multi quote option, with which u can easily quote as many posts as u wish at the click of a few buttons.

You have to compare the benefits of the new arrangement with the benefits of the old one, Saji.

It's true that you have to "fetch" the original post for replying and cannot take it from somebody else's quote. It's also true that you have to read a thread from the beginning to get a sense of what's being discussed.

But these are minor issues. After u get used to it, u won't even notice it. Only a matter of getting habituated to it.

If the thread is only 3-4 pages, it won't be dificult to fetch the post you want. We even have a GO TO PAGE option now, so that you can easily navigate threads and find the required post.

In the old system, threads were being filled with trash and pages were unbrowsable due to quotes. People like Vinu, Hak, Thakkudu etc were messing up the forum.

Now threads are clean, posts are short, and it's more easy on the eyes.
