Why was Mohanlal not there in Mission 90 Days?
Immediately after Keerthichakra, to get his dates for another film was quite a big problem. After Keerthichakra was released, Mammootty called me and showed his interest in doing a film with me. So, I told him the story (of Mission 90 Days) and he agreed.
All said and done, Mohanlal was the person who gave me a life as a film-maker. Nobody would have watched the film if not for Mohanlal because I was a newcomer. So, I told him about the film I was going to do with Mammootty. He said, go ahead and do it.
Churukki paranjal Lalettante date kittathondu oru 2nd grade choice enna nilaykku Mammuvine vachu thriptipedendi vannu paavam Ravikku. Ippo daa media thorum odinadannu kashtapedunnu
