Accident occured in left hand side..then as usual the traiffic might have diverted though the other lane...single lane traffic in a busy express way..naturally congestion is expected..

This is the view point of a driver who is appoaching the express way though an interchange which runs almost perpendicular. now his left hand side and write hand side are on the same lane of the exprees way..an accident occures in the left hand side..the vehicles start accumulating and solwly extended to his right hand side too. he remains blocked at the interchange..cud not enter the highway :D
