Oh sorry, how come i could forget my favourite album. I love each song from swades.. Bose the forgotten hero, yes. Mangal pandey - I think only one song was catchy and melodious.
JTYJN as stand alone album is pretty good, but i felt not upto mark. That Jaane tu mera kya tha song, etc were not that good, or i felt.

Cant agree with u. Pulli mixing nadathiyathalla.. Got his own tune and the music is embedded with all the patriotism that it demands.

Afterall the movie was a flop - and the music without the ARR touch.. Appol kurachu down ayenkilum pinne oru vertical perfomance. That's why i felt baba is one of those dull albums of ARR. Mangal pandey except a few tracks would also fall in the same category.
